疫情過後，無論是香港本地遊和本地人出遊的形式和追求都有了很大變轉。言猶在耳是政府說「香港正值經濟轉型」，個個都應該要轉，但沒有拋出具體藍圖，都是民間自己努力求生，發掘未被發現的寶藏。
旅創工作室 @tour.inno.studio 自2023年9月開始，選址新界東北近邊境的沙頭角、印洲塘進行一個具可持續發展考量的旅遊實驗。在歷時十八個月期間，團隊從該區的歷史、發展及文化脈胳中，發掘在地資源，由如何進入（認識）鄉郊、設計旅遊內容，再到進廣和行程實踐這四方向，歸納出24個思考要點。
小書輕巧，但內容含金量很高。喜歡順序跟着那24個思考點閱讀，如隨團隊經驗回顧、反思計劃的操作情況；而那些經驗不只是適用於印洲塘，還可以放諸於香港其他鄉郊地區作參考。再細心想想，那些經驗的整合並不是要拋出一套鄉郊遊設計天書，卻勾劃了我們如何愛護一個我們喜歡、珍視的地方，善用當地的人文和天然資源。
尤其是說愛容易，但要實踐出來，有時還得要有方法慢慢說明與引導。
小書於2025年9月上旬出版，整個計劃得到鄉郊保育辦公室資助。可到臨時庫存免費取閱。

Since Sep 2023, the studio @tour.inno.studio has been conducting a sustainable tourism experiment in #ShaTauKok and #YinChauTong, located in the northeastern New Territories near the border. Over the course of eighteen months, the team has explored the area’s history, development, and cultural background to uncover local resources. They have summarised 24 key points of reflection, focusing on four areas: how to enter (understand) the place, design tourism content, promote it, and implement travel itineraries.
This small book is lightweight but packed with valuable insights. I enjoy following the order of the 24 points, reflecting on the team’s experiences and the operational aspects of their plans. These insights are not only applicable to Yin Chau Tong but can also serve as references for other rural areas in Hong Kong.
Upon further reflection, the integration of these experiences doesn’t aim to present a definitive guide to rural tourism design; rather, it outlines how we can care for places we love and cherish while effectively utilising local cultural and natural resources.
The book was published in early Sep 2025, yet the whole project was funded by Countryside Conservation Office. Free distribution at our archive.
